Stefan M. Radtke ist durch seine feine und absolut gewaltfreie Ausbildungsmethode einer der gefragtesten Ausbilder in der Klassischen Reiterei. Zu seinen Schülern zählen Mitglieder des bayerischen Kaders für Dressur und Teilnehmer von Landes- und Europameisterschaften. Er gibt auch Lehrgänge in Frankreich, Kanada, Lettland, Spanien und in der Schweiz. Er lernte auf Gut Landfrieden, bei Ludo Konings und Günther Fritz, an der Deutschen Reitschule und ist bis heute Schüler des Ersten Oberbereiters der Spanischen Hofreitschule in Wien, Arthur Kottas-Heldenberg. Nach seinem Sportstudium an der Universität in Köln folgten wieder Aufenthalte an der Deutschen Reitschule.
