'Procedural Homogeneity. A constitutional Analysis Using the Example of § 47 (6) VwGO': The author takes the divergent interpretation of the standard of review in proceedings pursuant to § 47 (6) VwGO as an opportunity to analyse the constitutional limits of a heterogeneous handling of federal procedural law. The issues addressed include effective legal protection, procedural equality of arms, freedom from contradiction and equality in the application of the law. As a solution, an analogy is used to develop a preliminary procedure for procedural norms that cannot be the subject of a procedure suitable for standardisation.

Alexander Frammersberger studierte Rechtswissenschaften an der Universität Regensburg und Passau, wo er 2021 das Erste Juristische Staatsexamen ablegte. Anschließend arbeitete er als Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter am Lehrstuhl für Öffentliches Recht, Europarecht und Informationstechnologierecht von Professor Dr. Meinhard Schröder. 2024 wurde er an der Universität Passau zum Dr. iur. promoviert. Danach begann er sein Rechtsreferendariat im Bezirk des Oberlandesgerichts München.
