Karin Kalisa, geboren 1965, lebt nach Stationen in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Tokio und Wien seit einigen Jahren im Osten Berlins. Sowohl als Wissenschaftlerin als auch mit dem Blick einer Literatin forscht sie in den Feldern asiatischer Sprachen, philosophischer Denkfiguren und ethnologischer Beschreibungen. Nach Karin Kalisas erstem Roman "Sungs Laden" erschienen ihre Wintererzählung "Sternstunde" und ihre weiteren Romane "Radio Activity", Bergsalz" und "Fischers Frau". Zuletzt erschien von ihr "Magst Du die Nacht?".
