JOHN NAGLE is Visiting Research Fellow at EXCEPS at the University of Exeter, UK. He has previously held research positions at the Institute of Irish Studies, Queen's University Belfast, UK, and at INCORE, the University of Ulster, UK. His previous publications include Multiculturalism's Double Bind.   MARY ALICE C. CLANCY is Research Fellow at the University of Exeter, UK. Her 2007 article examining the Bush administration's role in Northern Ireland has been featured in several newspapers and on the BBC.
