Autorenportrait

Fang, Ning, was born in June, 1957. He is the director and researcher of Institute of Political Science, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He is also a professor of Beijing Capital Normal University. Professor Fang is one of the most renowned scholars in Chinese political science, best know for his forward thinking mind and unique "Third World" angle of view in observation and studies. His research areas focus on the development of modern capitalism and young generation political socializations, etc. He has published academic works such as Modern Western Political Ideologies, An Introduction to Modern Capitalism Development, China Path under the Shadow of Globalization, etc. and many academic papers on Chinese political issues.
