Mentha piperita and Citrus sinensis are the family of Lamiaceae and Rutaceae. Both are aromatical plants. The leaf of Mentha piperita and peel of Citrus sinensis were used for the study. Phytochemical screening, Antimicrobial, Antioxidant, HPTLC were carried out as in vitro study. Docking of the ligands with receptor with high bonding effect was found in in silico study. Animal study with Sprague Dawley rats and Wistar rats for breast cancer and arthritis with the two plant extracts were studied in vivo. From the study both the plants showed a good result in all the studies and this can be formulated as drug in near future.
