The Book explores the technique of dephosphorizing iron ore employing the hydrometallurgical process, using as it's case study Iron ore from a Nigerian deposit (The Agbaja Iron ore deposit). The book will serve as an practical guide for metallurgists, scientists, students and researchers who have interest in Iron and Steel alloys. The book was born out of accurate first hand research and practical experiments.

He has been a lecturer with the department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State, Nigeria (1998 till Date).
