'Public and New Media in Judicial Proceedings' In his constitutional study, Christian Hirzebruch examines the question of how the judiciary should respond to a changing and accelerating media landscape. He demonstrates how the principle of public trial, personal rights and the protection of an orderly court proceeding can equally be maintained and argues for an adequate representation of representatives from as many different media as possible during the proceeding - beyond the traditional media of print and broadcasting.
