Introduction to Nigeria's Foreign Policy and International Relations is an introductory, but concise book that introduces students and readers to what foreign policy is and how Nigeria makes and conducts her foreign policy. It also introduces the major concepts and issues in international relations, the establishment and structure of major international and regional organisations. It is written with simple English to help students and general readers have the first hand knowledge, understanding and information on the making of foreign policy and conducting international relations with states, individuals and organisations as the actors.

Mohammed Isah Shehu (BSc, MSc) is a Senior Lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi, Nigeria; currently a PhD (Pol. Science) candidate at the Eminent Management Univ. Utara, Malaysia, and married to Samira Umar Bello. Aisha Ahmad Aliyu (BSc, PGDE) is also a lecturer at the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi and is married to Alh. Mohammed Tajuddeen.
